Mike was born and raised on a farm in White County. He graduated from Frontier High School in 1969. Mike graduated from Purdue in 1973 with a degree in Agriculture. Mike currently lives in Reynolds with his wife Pam. Both of Mike’s children are enrolled in college. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and going to stock car races.
He has worked in the seed industry for almost 30 years. Some of the companies include: Asgrow, Diener Bros., Pfizer Genetics, Dekalb, Super Crost, and Bo-Jac. Some of his duties in the past have been District Sales Mgr., Area and State Agronomist, and Sales Trainer.
Mike has been hired as Seed Sales Coordinator with Excel Co-op. Mike is looking forward to the rewards and challenges of developing and expanding the sales of seed to Excel Co-op’s customers.
